NORMAL TYPE OF BLOCKS / SKETCHES AND RENDERINGS

 

          Blocks pieces adapted to the normal type shape, similar to Lego® (basically circles inscribed in squares repeated in rectangular modules), but with a different fitting system for greater performance: with full fitting height, high fitting cohesion by half the height of the pieces upwards and half the height of the pieces downwards by circles or squares that do not achiev the limit for meeting faces at the tangent limit. These types of Block pieces are also Registered by Leonardo Jorge, and will be used in Projects as needed or as required for Licensing.

          The Blocks with tangent limit and horizontal seam at 45° presented at the beginning of the website's home page are the shapes chosen to start the Project because they use fewer pieces compared to the normal type fitting system, offer greater beauty and better structural performance because the resistances are calculated for the extremes of symmetrical limit on faces with ideal balanced structuring, without generating moment efforts and without intermediate faces with critical corners for a plane, the faces of the parts are the structural limit for less raw material and greater resistance directly on the faces, the Blocks with tangent limit are the maximum of the Simple Structural Extreme on the faces for full fitting height with pieces literally one inside the other.
